Shipping policy

Processing Time We aim to process and ship all orders within 1 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable) once your order is on its way.

Shipping Methods & Rates We ship from the Netherlands using reliable carriers (PostNL or DPD). Our shipping rates are divided into "Tiers" based on your location and the weight of your order:

• The Netherlands: Standard rates for mailboxes and parcels.

• Tier 1 (e.g., Belgium, Germany, France): Starting from €9.00 for small parts (mailbox) up to €26.00 for large bulk lots.

• Tier 2 & 3: International rates apply based on distance and weight, calculated at checkout.

Mailbox vs. Parcel Small items (like standard rods and connectors) will be shipped in a sturdy mailbox box to keep costs low for you. Large items or bulk sets will be shipped as a parcel. 

Returns & Shipping Costs In the event of a return, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, as stated in our Refund Policy.

Damaged Shipments If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@thepieceprovider.com with photos of the packaging and items so we can resolve the issue.
